Freeze fresh herbs in olive oil! Add the cubes to pasta/potato dishes, soups, or roasting onions, garlic, & veggies; These have a six month freezer life and do need to be stored separately to preserve individual flavors of the herbs.
Quinoa Black Bean Tacos - Quick, easy, healthy and full of flavor - even meat eaters will love this! AM: I ran out of black beans so used chick peas instead. Good taco flavor and very filling. I ate by itself not in a taco shell.
Banana Pumpkin Bread: I just made this! It came out awesome. I used two bananas and three eggs instead of the 3 and 4 (respectively) but it came out just fine. Also coconut oil instead of canola does wonders ;
