Uskršnja pogača, Easter Cake (bread)750 g. flour, 250ml milk, 100ml olive oil,100ml water, 1 cube yeast (40gr.) 1 tsp sugar 2 tsp salt 2 egg whites. Filling: 100gr. cream cheese, 100gr butter or margarine,, 2 egg yolks and salt + 1 egg for egg wash. Make the dough as usual. Proof 30-45 minutes. Roll dough to 14x22 rectangle. Mix filling and spread on rectangle and roll. Transfer to a baking sheet forming a circle with the outside edge remaining opened forming a V. See comment for suite.
