Due to the insufficient width of the lot, which did not allow for optimal setbacks from the neighboring house, the privacy of the house had to be addressed first and foremost. Therefore, instead of a high fence around the property, we built a SHIELD in the shape of the adjacent dividing wall. This gable wall is part of the building's structural system. It is also slightly taller than the house itself, so it conveniently covers both the garage and the terrace.
