How COOL is this?! Little Rock Cannery lets the whole community use its kitchens for canning their produce and meat! Each person brings his or her own recipe, ingredients, and jars; the cannery supplies the knives, chopping boards, pressure cookers, pots, and heavy commercial equipment. So awesome.
