Carli founded Sunset Beach Pilates because she was seeking a workout that was efficient, full-body, and kind to her joints. She was feeling burnt out from a lifetime of running and slightly incorrect yoga form as her fitness routine. Pilates seemed to be the answer, but she couldn't find a style available that was as intense as she craved. Thus, she sought out to develop her own!
