Frozen Hot Cocoa Cocktail 4 ounces of hot cocoa mix 3 cups of milk 3/4 cup Vanilla vodka 4 to 5 cups ice mini marshmallows, for garnish sugar, for the rim In a blender, combine cocoa mix, milk, vodka and 6 cups of ice and blend until smooth. Serve in martini glasses and garnish!
