14th century (1338-1344) Flemish - Tournai. Oxford, Bodleian Library.  MS. Bodl. 264: Romance of Alexander (yet again).  The front of the dress of the woman on the far left, wearing green, appears to have buttons to the waist, though it's just possible that the artist could be depicting a rosary/bead string.  fol. 181v
