Adolf Born

Czech painter and illustrator ( 1930 -) Adolf Born studied visual arts in Prague, he still lives and works there. Adolf Born was awarded a Grand Prix prize in Montreal in 1974. His work has been exhibited worldwide since 1960s. He works mostly in the technique of colour lithography. He illustrated hundreds of books, worked for theater as costume and set designer and in animation movies. There's asteroid 17806 Adolfborn named for him.
