Groceries 🛒 For the guacamole: One avocado, 4 chopped cherry tomatoes, some red onion (to taste), chopped cilantro (amount to taste), half a squeezed lemon, half a teaspoon of salt. For nachos: 4 tortillas, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, a teaspoon of sweet paprika, a third of a teaspoon of salt.

Method of preparation 👩🏻‍🍳 Mix the oil, paprika and salt in a bowl, Spread the tortillas on both sides, and roll into a cigar shape. Insert a toothpick (to hold the roll), and arrange on a baking surface. Bake for 7/1

1 tsp whole grain mustard
For the bbq sauce:
1 cup tomato ketchup
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Half tsp mustard
2 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce

1. Start by searing the lions mane mushroom in a cast iron pan. Salt and add oil. Get it used to the pan. Once it’s been seared both sides put a heavy weighted pan on top

I usually add an egg to the chicken mixture but I completely forgot here and they still turned out AMAZING 🤩 I make this recipe super often cause it is so easy and so good 😍


✰ 16 oz ground chicken breast 
✰ seasoning (onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper and optional cayenne for spicy)
✰ 1 cup cornflakes 
1. Preheat air fryer to 400F 
2. Combine chicken with egg and seasoning and form into heart shapes. 
3. Crush corn flakes then coat nuggets. 
4. Air fry for 10-12  min or until Internal temp is 165F. 
5. Enjoy!

I went to dinner with my friend who told me to order a Ezme salad, I thought it sounded a bit basic but she insisted it was amazing. Now it’s one of favourite dips and a MUST HAVE when going to a Turkish restaurant. 

It’s so simple but with a big burst of flavour + freshness which goes with pretty much anything 😍

2 large tomatoes 
1/2 red onion 
2 roasted red peppers (I used jarred) 
Handful fresh parsley 
1 crushed garlic 
Juice 1/2 lemon 
80g pomegranate 
1/2 tsp sumac and aleppo pepper flakes 
Roughly 3 tbsps olive oil 
Salt and black pepper

Sweety Craft on Instagram: "I recommend trying this first with 1 coconut. You will get a small amount of milliliters of oil (the quantity depends on the fat content of the coconut), but this will allow you to practice and not spoil a large quantity of coconut.

1. Blend the coconut flesh with a small amount of warm water. Blend for about 5 minutes. Strain through cheesecloth.
2. Leave the milk in a warm place for approximately a day. You will see water separate, «curds» forming, and a bit of clear oil on top.
3. Drain the water. Let the cream ferment for 1-2 days.
4. Carefully scoop off the oil from the very top. It will be transparent. I can’t remove it from the surface without mixing it with the «curds,» so I filter it through a coffee filter or several layers of cheesecloth.

• 4-5 cups chicken or veggie stock 
• 1 cup pasta 
• 1 clove garlic, finely sliced 
• 1 tsp chilli flakes 
• Salt and pepper 
• Juice of 1 lemon 
• 2 handfuls of kale 
• 2 tbsp yoghurt 
• Serve with fresh dill or parsley & extra virgin olive oil  Method: 
• Remove yoghurt from fridge to bring to room temp. 

1. Put a small saucepan on a medium heat, add the stock and bring to a simmer. 
2. Add the pasta, garlic, chilli, seasoning and let it come to a boil. 
3.Turn the heat down so it’s bubbling slowly and when the pasta is al dente add the kale and lemon juice.
