Peppercorn Roasted Beef Tenderloin - OMG this was delicious! Holiday-worthy for sure. We don't like rare, so I cooked it for 1 hour, still Super Tender! One of the best meals I've made in over 20 years. After the meat rested (with butter on top) I saved the excess butter to drizzle on our mashed potatoes. Yum! 5⭐s
