Odležané cesto vyberieme z chladu a necháme pri izbovej teplote ohriať cca 30 min, aby sa Vám s cestom dobre pracovalo. Zapneme si rúru na 170-180 stupňov (podľa toho, ako Vám pečie. ja som ich piekla na menšom stupni, nakoľko mám silnú rúru. Cesto preložíme na silikónovú dosku, prikryjeme potravinovou fóliou a rozvaľkáme na hrúbku cca 3-4 mm. Odstránime fóliu a vykrajujeme. Vždy používajte cca rovnaké tvary veľkostne, aby sa Vám medovníčky jeden neprihorel a druhý nebol ešte nedopečený…
