When we are worried faith can be the last thing we want to think about, but that is when you need faith the most. Some people will say, but it’s not that easy, you can’t just wish worry away, and yes they are right. So do this instead, ask yourself this, Is there anything I can do to relieve the worry? If yes, then do it as soon as possible, ask for help if need be. If the answer is no, no matter what you do, it will not change the outcome. Why worry?
