Ingredients :
To grind :-
Coconut 1/2 
Green chilli 1 
Ginger small piece 
Garlic 5
Shallots 10 
Jeera 1 tsp 

Tempering:
Coconut oil 2 tbsp 
Mustard 1/2 tsp 
Red chilli 1
Curry leaves 
Shallots 5
Chilli powder 1/4 tsp 
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp 

Other Ingredients:
Pineapple 1 cup 
Curd 1 cup
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp 
Salt 1 tsp 

Instructions:
1. Grind all the ingredients mentioned in " To grind "into a fine paste by adding little water.

2. Add pineapple pieces, salt, turmeric powder cook on medium flame for about 10 minutes.

3. Temper all the ingredients mentioned above "Tempering"

4. Add into the puliserry switch off flame and allow to cool.

5. Beat curd without any lumps and mix into the puliserry .

Serve with hot
