Ham, Egg & Cheese on the Grill
► Rachael Ray Grilled Ham, Egg & Cheese Sandwiches Recipe: Kaiser rolls, butter, eggs, cheddar or American cheese and ham. Eggs are cooked in hollowed out bottoms of the Kaiser rolls until whites are set and yolks still runny. Sandwiches are grilled over indirect heat on the grill about 20 minutes. (Includes directions for gas grill, charcoal grill, two and three zone grills.)
Ham & Swiss Reubens with Savoy Cabbage & Green Onion Dressing
► Rachael Ray Ham & Swiss Reubens with Savoy Cabbage and Green Onion Dressing: vegetable oil, savoy cabbage, celery seed, salt, pepper, cider vinegar or white wine, sour cream, ketchup, pickle relish, green onions, butter, rye bread, brown deli mustard, Swiss cheese and deli ham. Cabbage is wilted and then spiced and seasoned. Sandwiches grade on the griddle.
► Sunset Ham & Manchego Sandwiches with Tomato Jam: sandwich rolls, tomato jam (cherry tomatoes, brown sugar, cider vinegar, lemon, fresh ginger, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, salt & pepper), Spanish cured ham or Prosciutto, thinly sliced Manchego cheese or shaved parmesan and arugula leaves or salad greens.
