can do- back balance. start sitting on bar, drop bum off front, tip back lifting one leg to top of lyra. sequence- Brisbane roll-> back balance, roll onto stomach (arm of top leg wraps on top, bottom leg arm to back, lift top leg high) keep rolling to one knee and hand (keep rolling same direction, both hands on one side)
