I'm a runner, love fitness, but never dreamed that I could make a career of helping others with their fit journey. Through coaching, I've met some incredible people, made some life long friendships, & have a fantastic team of coaches. I've also earned a lot of incentives & have hit several financial goals. If you'd like to see firsthand what coaching is about, join my FREE "Coach at a Glance" group. To join, email firstname.lastname@example.org .
If you can't measure it, you can't manage it. Your ability to set specific measures on your goals, keep an accurate record and track your performance each day, will assure that you achieve your goals exactly when you have decided to --or even before. --Brian Tracy
Transformation Tuesday! Team member Kelli K. was used to binge eating and wanted a program to get her back on track. In just 21 days, Kelli lost 9 pounds and 7 inches! She said, "My favorite part of it was the containers. I was using other fit tools to help me control my weight and it was so tedious. The containers made it easy to set out my meals and not have to count calories." Great work, Kelli! Email me if you'd like to get in on my next challenge email@example.com
Here's a good thought to start your day. It's easy to be negative and unmotivated, but it takes some work to be positive and motivated. While there's no off button for those relentless "tapes" there are things that you can do to turn down the volume and shift your focus from the negative to the positive. --Donna Cardillo
You must feel important to succeed. Helping others to feel important rewards you because it makes you feel important. Start by practicing appreciation. Make it a rule to let others know you appreciate what they do for you. Never let them feel taken for granted. Practice appreciation with a warm sincere smile. A smile lets others know you notice them and feel kindly toward them.
