COVERT SCIENCE-Heath, Ohio 1969. To J. Curtis, the water at the crossing seemed shallow enough for the family car to cross safely—it was only a few inches deep—yet in the middle of the crossing the car died. Curtis was about to get out when his 3yo daughter began screaming. His wife couldn’t console her, & their 7yo, taking pic after pic w/her camera, screamed, “The drippy people! They want in!
