Vegan Blue Cheese Wedge Salad Crostini
10min · 1 serving Follow your heart has released a new Blue Cheese and it is outstanding! First thing that came to my mind to make was a wedge salad. So that's what we did hear but took it to another level by placing it on a crostini! This is a great way to serve and enjoy a wedge salad without a fork! Ingredients • 2 cups of iceberg shredded lettuce • 1 cup of chopped tomatoes • 1/3 cup of diced red onions • 1/3 cup of diced avocado • 4-5 pieces of vegan bacon, cooked and chopped (we used all vegetarian inc.) • 1/3 cup of Follow Your Heart Vegan Blue Cheese, plus 1-2 tbsp for garnish • 1-2 tbsp of Follow Your Heart Blue Cheese dressing • Fresh cracked pepper • 1 French baguette, sliced • Olive Oil • Chives, chopped Directions • Preheat oven to 350 • Brush your baguette
