In 1926 the brand new 6515 left Shrewsbury for Swindon, but twice failed to meet the GWR's needs, as No12, for passenger service on the Malmesbury branch. Returned to Sentinel 1927 for upgrading mods, and work on the S&MR as well as local LMS lines, until sold in 1934 as No 2 Isebrook to Thomas E Grey Ltd to work at Burton Latimer. Replaced in 1958 and ultimately preserved at Quainton. (Dapol's O gauge version also hails from Shropshire)
