This is a stand to hold a hoist that is normally mounted on the bed of a truck. The hoist lifts off the post mounted on the truck, and is mounted at the same height as it would be on the bed. A pin fixes the hoist rotation for safety. The feet can be adjusted in or out in two different positions. This is not meant to be an engine hoist, but is used to pick items off the bed of the truck and move them around.
