Frances Kirby: I used two lbs of 96/4 ground beef,, 12 Oz frozen onions and peppers, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, Tabasco, Rotel and diced tomatoes. Puree frozen cauliflower in three cups boiling water, Puree three cups frozen Okra in four cups boiling water. One quart chicken broth. Simmer and cool. Store in pint jars. Eat for lunch and dinner!
