I recently was able to score some Meyer lemons (yes the heirloom variety) at my local farmers market and I just had to make some homemade lemon curd.
Homemade Orange Curd ~ Sweeter than Lemon Curd and so much better and fresher than store-bought . I would like to try this in Lemon as well. Cheaper than store bought!
Lime Curd - increase sugar by cup. Butter is listed differently in two places s/be 1 sticks butter. Increase lime juice to cup for a much better result. When making curd, I mix sugar and eggs together and THEN add the other ingredients adding butter last
