Kale Fruit Salad. Half a bag of chopped Kale. 1 package of raspberries 1/2 pint of blueberries 1/2 package of strawberries diced 1/2 orange pepper Handful of sunflower seeds (or nut of choice) Handful of dried cranberries (optional) A tip: toss your kale leaves in dressing of choice and let sit in the fridge for about 15 to 20 minutes to help soften the leaves prior to adding the other ingredients.
