Easy Olive Baguettes 🥖👨🏼‍🍳 ⠀ These Mediterranean olive baguettes are one of my favorite bakes so far 🤤 everybody can make these at home! ⠀ RECIPE - 450 g all purpose flour (11-13% protein is best) - 50 g whole wheat flour - 375 g water - 30 g olive oil - 12 g fresh yeast (or 4 g active dry yeast) - 9 g salt - 1 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped - 250 g olives (or sun-dried tomatoes) ⠀ ❶ Mix all ingredients for the dough until well combined. Ingredients For the dough: ¾ cup warm milk 2 ¼ teaspoons quick rise or active yeast 1/4-ounce package yeast ¼ cup granulated sugar ¼ cup butter melted 1 egg 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour plus more if needed 1/2 teaspoon salt For the filling: 1 cup brown sugar light or dark 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon ½ cup butter softened or almost melted 1 cup heavy cream DO NOT MIX INTO FILLING For the cream cheese frosting: 4 oz cream cheese softened 4 tablespoons butter softened 1 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ingredients: - 1 large onion - 2 large ripe tomatoes - 4 to 5 spicy chilies (optional) - 3 eggs - @ndcmuscat olive oil - liquid cheese - salt & pepper - 1 tsp cumin powder - 1 tsp coriander powder - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tbsp tomato puree - start by chopping the veggies. Saute the onion in a drizzle of olive oil. - once the onion starts to brown add the tomatoes. Season with salt. Pepper. Cumin. Coriander. Paprika. Tomato puree and any spices that you prefer. - keep cooking the tomatoes on medium low till dissolved. - switch off the heat then crack the eggs in the mixture. Mix it thoroughly and add a splash of water. - turn the heat back on low and spread the cheese on top. - cover and let it cook for 3-5 minutes. - garnish. Serve with bread and enjoy. @chefjjskitchen

The best pickled onions😍🧅 These are going on anything savoury I’m eating atm they’re ridiculously quick and easy to make so I always have a jar in the fridge ready to go! Recipe: 2 large red onions (or 3 small) 200ml water 450ml apple cider vinegar or white vinegar (or a mixture of both) 2.5 tsp salt 100g white sugar 2 tsp coriander seeds (optional) 2 tsp mustard seeds (optional) 2 bay leaves 2-3 garlic cloves, peeled -Halve your onions (from root to stem) then slice them very thinly. -Stuff in a jar along with the garlic cloves, coriander seeds and bay leaves. -Heat up the water and vinegar with the sugar and salt for 2-3 minutes until they’ve dissolved and the liquid is hot - feel free to taste at this point and add any more sugar or salt to your preference! -Pour this over the oni
