5 INGREDIENTS BERRY BARS!
Ingredients * 180g ripe banana (approx 2 medium bananas) * 100g porridge oat (1 1/4 us cups) * 2 big tablespoons smooth peanut butter (or the nut butter you like) (1/2 us cup) * Handful of chopped strawberries * Handful of blueberries Method 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350 degrees F) and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper. 2. Smash the banana, then add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well. 3. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown. 4. Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars. 5.
