Serving Size: 10 servings
Ingredients
  • 4 cups mango chunks frozen, or fresh
  • 1/2 cup whole Greek yogurt
  • 2-4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup water if needed during blending
Instructions
  • Add mango, yogurt, honey to taste, and lemon juice to blender, and blend until smooth. Add between 1/2 up and 1 cup water if needed. Pour mango mixture into popsicle molds and add popsicle sticks. Freeze 4-6 hours or until fully frozen. Take popsicles out of molds, you can run warm water on the outside of molds to help loosen the popsicles out of molds if needed.
