Notes

STOP counting calories and lowering fat intake to lose weight. Doing so will cause your hormones to make you feel more hungry and set you up to fail. I don’t want that for you!
Instead… Eat minimally unprocessed foods with less than 5 ingredients, lower your carb intake, increase your intake of healthy anti-inflammatory fats, and most importantly manage your stress and sleep. These are great starting points for a healthier body!
Willpower is typically short-term and calorie counting will not balance your hormones. Hormones rule the roost, so you gotta listen to them.
