'The Tooth Worm as Hell’s Demon', 18th century depiction of the tooth worm believed by many in the past to bore holes in teeth and cause toothaches [465x505]

This is supposed to be a tooth worm as one of the demons from hell. I could see this sorty of creepy ivory work popping up in the wrong treasure cache in D&D.
