Central vs Peripheral Nervous System

The central nervous system (CNS) consists of the brain and spinal cord. It is the primary control center for the body, processing sensory information and directing responses. The peripheral nervous system (PNS) connects the CNS to the rest of the body. It comprises nerves that transmit sensory data to the CNS and carry out commands from the CNS to muscles and organs.
