Creamy Pesto Gnocchi

Ingredients: -500g gnocchi, uncooked -2 tbsp butter -2 cloves garlic, minced -1/2 cup pesto (store bought or homemade) -1 cup heavy cream -1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated (plus more for serving) -Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: 1. Cook gnocchi according to the directions on the package. 2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large skillet on medium. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant (1-2 minutes). 3. Add the pesto, cream, and parmesan cheese. Stir constantly until the cheese is melted and the sauce is thick. 4. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Add the cooked gnocchi and toss to coat it in the sauce. 6. Serve with more parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
