• 1 Lemon, medium
• 1 Medium ( 1/3 to 1/2 cup) onion, fine
• 2 Red chilies, dried

• 1/2 tsp Garam masala
• 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
• 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
