Ingredients
• 30g flour
• 20ml milk
• 2 eggs
• 25gr erythritol or sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• vanilla drops
𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 👇
• Step 1 - Separate the egg whites from the yolks, whip the egg whites until stiff, adding the erythritol slowly.
• Step 2 - Whip the yolk with the vanilla drops, the milk and then the flour, making sure you get rid of all the lumps.
• Step 3 - Incorporate the egg whites carefully with a spatula from top to bottom.
• Step 4 - Add the dough to the preheated pan with a spoon, and when you notice that it is baking, turn it over to the other side as well
