Pierogi- Can be filled with cabbage and meat, or fruit, or potato and cheese topped with polish sausage and onions. My great grandmother used to make them :) traditional Czech food.

Staročeská kapustová s hříbky Cibule    Houby hříbky 150 g  Hrášek 50 g  Kapusta 250 g  Kosti 250 g  Máslo 50 g  Mléko 120 ml  Mouka hladká 20 g  Rýže skelná 30 g  Sůl    Voda 1,25 l Očištěné hříbky udusíme na másle s cibulkou. Udušené hříbky nasekáme. Zvlášť udusíme na másle nakrájenou, spařenou kapustu s cibulkou . Hříbky smícháme s kapustou. Procezenou polévku z hovězích kostí zahustíme jíškou, přidáme zelený hrášek, spařenou rýži a hříbky s kapustou. Takto připravenou polévku dobře…

Bacon, egg, and potato casserole! A couple of things though: the recipe needs more bacon and I'd likely use frozen hashbrowns instead of diced potatoes. I'd also leave out the sun-dried tomatoes. But that's just me. :)
