SUROVINY 200 g hladká mouka 2,5 lžičky prášek do pečiva 50 g máslo 200 g bílý jogurt sůl POSTUP PŘÍPRAVY Troubu vyhřejeme na 225 stupňů. V misce smícháme mouku s práškem do pečiva, přidáme máslo, jogurt, sůl a vypracujeme hladké těsto, které je měkké a mírně lepí. Lžící nabíráme těsto a vytváříme malé hromádky na papírem vyložený plech a pečeme cca 15 minut – záleží na velikosti. Z uvedené dávky vyjde cca 6 housek.
