DIY garden markers made from canning lids. Use new, or recycle old canning lids. Use paint markers on the front and write growing, picking, eating and canning notes on the back! Punch holes in the lids and tie or nail the markers in place. Can be nailed to stakes for low plant markers. As a bonus, the shine of the lids will keep birds and flies away!
