• 2 tbsp Better than bouillon chicken base
• 1/8 tsp Poultry seasoning
• 4 cups Turkey, roast
• 3 cups Turkey stock, rich roast

• 1 (16 oz.) bag Baby carrots, chunky
• 4 Celery, ribs
• 4 cloves Garlic
• 1 Onion, large
• 1/16 scant tsp Onion powder
• 1/4 tsp Parsley, dried
• 1/8 tsp Rosemary, ground
• 3 sprigs Thyme, fresh
Canned Goods
• 4 cups Chicken broth
Baking & Spices
• 2 tsp Baking powder
• 1 1/4 tsp Black pepper, coarse ground
• 2 tbsp Cornstarch
• 1 cup Flour
• 1 tsp Kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp Sugar
Dairy
• 1 tbsp Butter
• 1 1/2 tbsp Butter, very small
• 5/8 cup Milk
Liquids
• 1 1/2 cups Water
