10 kiwi 1 med. watermelon 1 lb. feta cheese in large pieces (not crumbled) mint leaves berries (your choice) 1/2 c. light olive oil 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar ground black pepper to taste Cut fruit & cheese into 1" cubes. Place 5 watermelon in checkerboard pattern, 2 cubes kiwi & 2 cheese in opposite directions. 2nd layer w/kiwi in the corners & cheese/melon in open spaces. 3rd layer same as 1st. Whisk oil & vinegar w/pepper, pour around cube. Garnish w/mint & spread berries around plate.
