Ethiopian Orthodox priests

Ethiopian Orthodox priests celebrating the colorful Timkat( Epiphany) festival in central Ethiopia.

Lalibela, Ethiopia. I took this photo during the Timkat festival. It celebrates the baptism of Christ. Most of the population are Ethiopian Orthodox and quite religious. Lalibela is where World Heritage-listed rock-hewn churches are. Ethiopia is a hidden gem; the people, culture and diversity of landscapes have to be seen to be believed.
