I have a cool cool project for you today!! This is my herb dryer that I use in my apartment. It's temporary and easy to make which makes it perfect for our rental! My summer herbs are drying on it and when I have herbs leftover from dishes (like my Tomato Tart) I hang them up and use them later. Love!
Microwave flower petals to dry them then Mod Podge them to preserve them. Take petals from flowers just as the begin to wilt. Don't wait until they are turn brown or crispy. You'll lose the pretty colors. Microwave petals face down on a paper towel on a plate for 1 minute. Remove and flatten petals and continue at 30 second intervals until dry. Let petals cool about 5 minutes. Mid Podge one side and let dry for 30 minutes. Mod podge the other side and let dry for a few hours or over…
