Raw Pad Thai Sauce: whisk 2 tbsp. tahini, 2 tbsp. almond butter, 1 tpsp. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. tamari: 1 tbsp. raw honey, 1-3 garlic, 1/2 tsp. ginger root. Mix with Kelp Noodles, zucchini and carrot that's been attacked by a spiralizer, green onion, shredded purple cabbage, cauliflower florets, mung bean sprouts or radish sprouts (very spicy I discovered after I sprouted my own).
