Trdelník. Trdelník is the unusual name for this delicious treat served up at the annual Christmas Market in Prague. Strings of dough are coated in sugar and crushed walnuts, wrapped around dowels and baked over open braziers. The warm crunch and sweet aroma fill your senses as well as your belly on a chilly day.
Sweet dumplings with custard sauce (buchtičky se šodo) are traditional Czech little buchty without filling. The recipe comes from Czech roots, however, the bordering countries, mainly Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary consider Buchtičky se šodo as food that came from their country. #AMERICANAPPAREL #PINATRIPWITHAA
