Nominal Quiche • 260 g flour Nomix • 40g corn or buckwheat flour • 120 g butter • 1 small egg • 90 ml milk • 6 g of baking powder • pinch of salt. A dough we create from dry raw materials and mix with other ingredients . Dough let it stand for 20 min, after bake at 180 °C for 15 min. For filling can select different combinations, all eventually pour over cream with eggs and bake for a further 20 minutes.
Gluten-free honey biscuits: For dough - 200g gluten free flour Nomix, 120g honey, 80g sugar, 0,5 egg yolk, 2 teaspoons milk, pinch of baking soda, For cream: piece of butter and liquid caramel, nuts. From raw materials prepare a dough. Let it rest for 2 hours. Roll out the dough (3 mm) and cut out circles (about 3 cm). Bake at 160-170 °C. The cooled circles rub with cream (3 parts of butter and 1 part of caramel).At the end sprinkle biscuits with nuts.
Grid cake Nominal- Ingredients: • 300 g flour NOMIX (about 40 g can be replaced with corn flour ) • 100 g fat (Hera, butter) • 100 g sugar (including 15 g of vanilla sugar) • 100 g of milled nuts • about 1 dl milk, 1 egg, 8 g baking powder • lemon peel, peeled apples, pears or plums. Just create a dough of dry raw materials and after maturing can put fruit, raisins or nuts, at the end put the slices of dough and bake for 25 minutes. Ta daaa you have a great autumn treat :)
Biscuits with buckwheat flour:260g gluten-free flour Nomix,50g whole grain buckwheat flour,40g powdered sugar,60g sugar cane,1 vanilla sugar,1 egg,120g butter,60g milk,4-5 g baking powder,lemon peel. Procedure:Softened fat, eggs and sugar mix together. In second step mix the flour with the baking powder, followed by remaining first mix ingredients alternately with milk. We can add lemon peel. Leave the dough for 30 min. At the end we make meringues or sticks and bake at 170 °C for 18-20 min.
