Bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
Gluten-free pizza dough•150 g gluten free flour Nomix•1.5 g sugar•6 g yeast•90 ml water• 1-2 g salt• 1 egg.Of all the raw materials create a smooth dough and let it rest for 10 minutes. After this time, roll the dough into a thin layer and put on a plate in advance spilled (from gluten-free flour). We can put on dough cheese with vegetables or chicken, as always we must create tomato sauce from tomato puree and herbs. Bake at about 230 °C for 6 minutes.
Gluten-free crackers poppy•85g gluten free flour Nomix•15g plain flour corn•25g butter•30ml cream (16% fat)•1/2 egg•10-12g of sugar•2,5g of salt•2g of baking powder• 5-10g poppy.Procedure:Loose materials mix and knead with others.
