Set a timer for 7 minutes and start circuit one. The reps are next to the exercises. The aim is to complete the four exercises in circuit one, as many times as you can in 7 minutes. TRY and exercise for the entire 7 minutes - only stop when the timer stops Then do the SAME thing again with circuit two's exercises. Repeat BOTH all over again.
