5 minutes belly pooch workout. lo interesante sería hacer una kata como de karate que una todos los ejercicios y como en Tai chi automatizarlo todo como un único movimiento fluido y cíclico, metiendo todos los ejercicios de una tabla completa incluyendo respiración y lo que haga falta, estos ejercicios o los que sean.

Winsor Pilates - the absolute BEST core workout. I did a Winsor Pilates class at the Y in high school almost identical to this...once a week for 6 weeks and my abs were rock solid. Make sure you throw in some supermans and a couple other lower back exercises though - essential to strengthen front AND back.
