Not sure what the intend of the building is, but these very abstract forms used do not help express it. Repin from Massel - If anyone was to guess what this building was, I am pretty sure they would never reach the conclusion that it is a library. Although many of the modernly designed libraries such as the one in downtown Minneapolis have dropped the traditional forms that libraries used to follow, they still somewhat communicate their intent better than this.
