Ep 56 of EAT LIKE A GREEK🇬🇷✨ credit: @chefmarinie Y’all absolutely LOVED my other three ingredient tiropita with feta, so here’s another version known as Ravasaki in Greece 💁🏻‍♀️ It is INCREDIBLE and I think my favourite easy tiropita recipe of the series yet😮‍💨😮‍💨 📌RECIPE BELOW - serves 2 Gather 3 sheets of filo pastry Approx 1-2 tbsp olive oil (plus approx 50ml olive oil for shallow frying) 1/2 block of feta (cut length ways in the middle) 20-30g honey 1 tsp sesame seeds 1 tsp black sesame seeds Method 1.) Lay out the filo pastry sheets and brush about a tbsp of olive oil on top. 2.) Place the block of feta cheese in the middle and fold the filo pastry sheets like you’re wrapping a parcel. 3.) ‎‏SPINACH AND FETA PASTRIES    1 x sheet puff pastry ‎‏Filling: ‎‏120g frozen spinach ‎‏1 x small onion (half large) ‎‏3 x garlic cloves ‎‏Mixed herbs, salt & pepper 1/2 x cup water ‎‏200g feta cheese crumbled ‎‏50g grated mozzarella ‎‏1 x egg separated (white will mix into filling, yolk to brush the pastry) ‎‏Sesame seeds ‎‏Pre heat oven to 180C ‎‏Making filling: ‎‏Fry onion and garlic for a few minutes till tender. add in soinach. herbs. salt  ‎‏and pepper and the water and fry until the water has evaporated. Cool down, for quickest cooling spread on a large plate and put in the freezer, should take 5 min this way. Once cooled add in the cheese and egg white and mix well. ‎‏Spread the mixed filling over the pastry sheet and roll it up,
