397 g salka, 150 ml mlieka, 450 g trstinového cukru, 115 g masla. dajte do hrnca a za stáleho miešania nad miernym ohňom priveďte do varu, nechajte prebublávať 10 až 15 minút. Zmes je hotová ak trošku kvapnete do pohára studenej vody, v ktorej by sa mala vytvoriť gulička, resp. má teplotu 118 °C. Hrniec zložte zo sporáka a miešajte do zhustnutia. Vylejte do formy (20 x 20 cm) vyloženej papierom, vychladnuté krájajte.
