The nature of the design is easily dissected by the brain as being unrealistic and the hand specifically upon close inspection looks particularly cropped out of a magazine, but it is nonetheless effective. It creates a strong sense that the pot is being carried through the air and floating, and sometimes immediate effect can outweigh specific parts of a piece.
