- - Wafer Paper- - I do love decorating with wafer paper 🤍 this isn’t usually how I do it. I don’t usually add the layer of wafer paper before adding the strips. I usually add straight to soft fondant but I forgot this while making this cake 🤦‍♀️ with soft fondant you can push the strips into the fondant and it will stick just fine but with hardened fondant like this was it makes it very difficult. BUT wafer paper stick to wafer paper better than anything else so because it was a white cake...
